Easy Event Manager software was developed from the need of the Easy Travel & Events team to solve recognized challenges in event preparation and realization, through 30 years of experience in organizing conferences, forums, symposia and generally corporate and educational gatherings.

Context
Easy Travel & Events has over 30 years of experience in organizing conferences and corporate events. The existing setup was outdated and caused problems – webinars, registrations and participant records were not centralized.
Challenges
- Outdated infrastructure and growing number of events required a new approach
- Need for a centralized platform for registration, check-in and post-event communication
- Integration of payments, QR scanning and on-site badge printing
- Reliability and speed critical for events with hundreds of participants

Together we defined the flow from registration to post-event analytics. We built a custom platform with branded event sites, automated confirmations, QR check-in and on-site badge printing. Focus on simplicity for organizers and speed for participants.
